与第三方 EPP 应用程序的兼容性

EDR Agent 支持 Kaspersky Detection and Response 解决方案的功能。保护和控制组件不可用于 EDR Agent。此配置允许安装第三方 EPP 应用程序并在组织的基础设施中部署 Kaspersky Detection and Response 解决方案。EDR Agent 支持 Kaspersky Managed Detection and Response 和 Kaspersky Anti Targeted Attack Platform（EDR）。

EDR Agent 与以下供应商的 EPP 应用程序兼容：

• Dr.Web

  EDR Agent 兼容 Dr.Web 13.0 for Windows 或更高版本（包括 AV-Desk Agent 和 Dr.Web Server）。

• Dallas Lock

  EDR Agent 与 Dallas Lock 8.0-C 版本 8.0.761.0 或更高版本兼容。

• Secret Net Studio

  EDR Agent 与 Secret Net Studio 8.8.15891.00 或更高版本兼容。

  应用程序无法安装在部署了带有反病毒组件的 Secret Net Studio 的计算机上。要实现互操作性，必须从 Secret Net Studio 中删除反病毒组件。

• Trend Micro

  EDR Agent 与 Trend Micro Apex One 14.0.11564 或更高版本（包括 Security Agent）兼容。

• Windows Defender
• Sophos

  EDR Agent 与 Sophos Intercept X 2023.1.1.6 或更高版本（包括 Endpoint Agent）兼容。

• Bitdefender

  EDR Agent 与 Bitdefender Endpoint Security Tools 7.8.4.270 或更高版本兼容。

• ESET

  EDR Agent 与 ESET Endpoint Antivirus 10.0.2045.0 或更高版本以及 ESET Management Agent 10.0.1126.0 或更高版本兼容。

必须按以下顺序安装应用程序：首先安装 EPP 应用程序，然后安装 Kaspersky Security Center 网络代理，最后安装 EDR Agent。这是必要的，因为 EPP 应用程序的安装程序可能会将 EDR Agent 和网络代理检测为不兼容的软件并将其删除。更新第三方 EPP 应用程序后，还应检查 EDR Agent 和网络代理的运行情况，因为其安装程序可能会重新扫描计算机中是否有不兼容的软件并删除这些应用程序。

如果由于安装程序在计算机上发现不兼容的软件而无法在具有第三方 EPP 应用程序的计算机上安装 EDR Agent，您可以跳过不兼容软件检查。
